- Provides free medications, clinical care and investigations for thousands of poor hepatic patients since 1997.
- Aims to raise awareness of prevention of liver disease through seminars, public lectures and specialized workshops, also call for a national campaign for the prevention of liver diseases.
- The association has been awarded a certificate of excellence from both the local authorities in 2006 and the general nongovernmental associations union in Egypt under the auspices of Mrs. Suzan Mubark, 2010
- Establish a hospital and liver research institute
in Egypt to be center of excellence of Hepatology in Arabic Area.
